Manage Waste Transfer Records Digitally
Waste transfer records can be managed digitally when the required information, declarations and evidence are captured and retained appropriately. Rubbleo creates job-linked waste records and PDF evidence from the operational details recorded by the skip operator.
What Rubbleo records today
Rubbleo's current waste record includes the customer and site context, carrier and supplier identity, waste description, EWC code where supplied, dates, quantities and declarations associated with the completed work. The record can be viewed in the workspace and produced as a PDF.
Issued evidence preserves key supplier and carrier details so a later account edit does not silently rewrite the historic record.
- Job and customer relationship
- Waste description and EWC field
- Carrier and party details
- Quantity and movement dates
- Retained PDF and audit evidence
From job entry to retained record
The office selects or enters the waste type and EWC code when creating the job. The driver sees the recorded waste information, completes the relevant work and captures required proof. The waste record remains connected to that job instead of being filed as an unrelated document.
EWC codes need informed classification
An EWC or List of Waste code classifies the waste, not the skip. Rubbleo stores the operator's selected code but does not determine the correct classification from a product name or container size.
Operators should use current official waste-classification guidance and competent advice, particularly where hazardous properties may apply.
Current records versus future tracking requirements
Rubbleo provides digital operational waste records. It does not currently claim DEFRA or Environment Agency approval, certification, a statutory compliance guarantee or a live integration with the government's Digital Waste Tracking service.
UK reporting requirements and implementation phases can change. Official GOV.UK and regulator guidance overrides this product explanation.

Can waste transfer notes be managed digitally?
Yes, provided the record contains the information and declarations required for the movement and is retained appropriately. Rubbleo supports digital job-linked waste records and PDF evidence; the operator remains responsible for accuracy and legal duties.
Does Rubbleo choose the EWC code?
No. Rubbleo stores the selected EWC code and can populate it from an operator-configured waste type, but classification remains the operator's responsibility.
Is Rubbleo DEFRA approved?
Rubbleo does not claim DEFRA approval, Environment Agency approval, certification or a live government Digital Waste Tracking integration.
