A typical Rubbleo workflow
A request arrives through the operator's storefront or is entered by the office. The team confirms the customer, address, waste, skip size, date and charge, then creates the operational job.
Dispatch assigns the work to a date, vehicle, driver and skip. The driver receives the current run, records progress and captures required photographs or a signature. Completion updates the operational record so waste documentation and invoicing do not start from a blank page.
Connect office, yard and driver
Office staff can see current work and make controlled schedule changes. The asset register shows what is available, on hire or otherwise unavailable. Drivers work from an installable mobile view designed for the next job and patchy signal.
That shared record reduces calls asking which skip went out, whether a collection was attempted or where the proof was saved.
